Directions from Long Island

Go west on Peninsula Boulevard to Route 878 (one light past Rockaway Turnpike). Turn left onto Route 878. Continue to Central Avenue exit. Turn right onto Central Avenue. Cross Doughty Boulevard. The building is immediately on the left. The office entrance is on the right side of the building. If parking is difficult, continue past Virginia St. Park in front of the nursing home just past the bus stop.

Directions from the Five Towns

Go west on Central Avenue. Cross Route 878 and Doughty Boulevard. The building is immediately on the left. The office entrance is on the right side of the building. If parking is difficult, continue past Virginia St. Park in front of the nursing home just past the bus stop.

Directions from the Rockaways

Go east on Seagirt Boulevard to Beach 9th Street. Turn left onto Beach 9th Street. Bear left after the first light to continue on Beach 9th Street until the end (Central Avenue). Turn right onto Central Avenue. The bulding is on the right side just past Virginia Street. The office entrance is on the right side of the building. If parking is difficult, U-turn and park in front of the nursing home just past the bus stop.

Directions by Bus

From Rockaways: Take #22 to Mott Avenue. Transfer (in front of Public Library) to N31/N32 (must have Metrocard) Take N31/N32 to Sage Street and Central Avenue. Continue down Central Avenue until office on the right.
